Who we are

ExtendWithAI ("we", "us") builds websites, apps, custom software, AI automation, and data pipelines for businesses — including WhatsApp-based booking and reminder automation for clinics and small businesses. This policy explains what data we handle when a business uses one of our systems, and when someone contacts us directly.

What we collect

When you message a business's WhatsApp number that uses ExtendWithAI, we process the content of that conversation (messages, booking details such as name, phone number, and appointment time) on behalf of that business, in order to provide booking, reminder, and reply automation. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

When you email us directly at contact@extendwithai.com, we hold that email and any information you send us to respond to your inquiry.

How data is used

Conversation and booking data is used only to operate the service for the business you're messaging: understanding requests, confirming or scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and giving that business's staff visibility into the conversation. We do not share this data with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (e.g. WhatsApp's messaging platform, hosting).

Data retention

We retain conversation and booking data for as long as needed to provide the service to the business, or until the business or the individual requests deletion.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@extendwithai.com.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
